Internal approval settings are managed exclusively by the company account owner.

Enable internal approvals When enabled, purchases that exceed the requester's authority go through an internal approval step before reaching the supplier.

Auto-approve below Requisitions totalling less than this are approved automatically, no sign-off needed — leave at zero to disable this exception. Procurement manager limit Requisitions above this amount need the company owner's approval. Leave blank to let a procurement manager approve any amount.

Note: these limits are compared against each order's total in its own currency — if your company trades in more than one currency, keep that in mind when setting limits.
